My lessons are with acrylics paints, but if interested in learning to paint with oil paints, I’m your teacher 🙂
One to one or small groups tuition are in my studio, in Mivart studios, in Easton Bristol.
If you’d like private tuition at your own home, I can accommodate
Acrylic paints and tools provided. You just need to bring your canvas or acrylic paper.

Why choose having lessons from Pili?
To start confusing you, my name is Pilar Cortes, Pili is the short name of Pilar. Pilar feels too formal. What you get at my lessons is a very friendly, approachable in my own painting studio who will help you feel at ease when painting and will give you skills and knowledge you wont find elsewhere 🙂
I have been painting for most of my life. I was very fortunate to have gained my Visual Arts degree, from the Faculty of Arts and Design at the UNAM, the first Art School in the Americas continent, a leading Art School in Mexico where I was lucky to have been rigorously taught by some renowned contemporary Mexican Artists and Art Academics.
